Now in his second full pro season, Orioles prospect Dylan Beavers is focused on improving every day and hopes the work he put in during the offseason can help him boost his power numbers with the Baysox.
Orioles pitching prospect Cade Povich is off to a strong start this season at Triple-A and ready for what's next. "Everything feels good," Povich said. "I feel like I've been able to figure out some of the struggles that I've had in the past and understand what I need to work on."
Bobby Valentine was working with Buck Showalter at ESPN when the Orioles were looking for a manager in 2010. "I gave him the intel on the interview process and told him what I thought about what they were looking for. He went down and did the job," Valentine said.
Orioles prospect TT Bowens knows every step in the minors puts him closer to realizing his dreams. "Everyone has their ups and downs," Bowens said. "The biggest thing for me [is] just really trying to fine tune all my holes and weaknesses and attack those."
