Morning, a stretch of the pa sefk coast highway in ventura is closed after a fast moving brush fire broke out last night. We are taking a live look out of ventura county, the fire has burned 1,100 acres along highway 101 and is threatening at least 35 homes. Mandatory evacuations are in place for the solimar beach community, these images from a couple hours ago, the cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
