As organizers and artists busily prepare for the upcoming Greeley Arts Picnic, a new business in downtown Greeley has been working to create another way for the public to connect with local and regional artists. Makers Mercantile & Studio, LLC. has taken the concept of shared spaces and expanded it to the world of arts and crafts.
"One day I just woke up and said screw it," Waechter said. "I'm just gonna tell everybody I'm blind. I'm not gonna try to hide it. I am the blind girl."

Country to Couture is staged by Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair Foundation as part of its Indigenous Fashion Projects (IFP), with the support of the Northern Territory Government via NT Major Events, and Australian lifestyle brand Country Road.
The sixth instalment of the Country to Couture event is set to return to Darwin on Larrakia country on August 04.
