Chief Electoral Officer, Jharkhand, K. Ravi Kumar today informed that since the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct, illegal material and cash worth Rs. 139 crore, 3 lakh, 9,542 has been seized in Jharkhand.
Kumar said that the counting of votes for 14 parliamentary constituencies of
