They believe the van is with the people who killed daly. The suspects broke a rear window and entered the property, killed the longtime home owner, and stole his vehicle. Police were called to his home at 6349 theodore street yesterday for a wellbeing check. The 78yearold man was deceased and lying on the living room floor. Reporter that is right brian, the Accident Investigation Division and when he was knocked off the bike by a passing car. He was able to get to his feet to try to stop the vehicle. And the vehicle proceeded away. Reporter police say the off duty cop identified himself as a Police Officer and the officer fired his gun an unknown amount of time and one bullet shattered the Temple University Hospitals Services center that was closed at the time. And the driver turned himself in later. Police cordoned off the car on the 600 block of cambria. We could see front end damage and a bullet hole in the side.
