議員選將質疑不平等條約「慢飛天使」被迫放棄清掃公園 - 政治

新北市議員參選人黃淑君今天表示，直到去年為止，新北市智障者家長協會的「慢飛天使」還能前往板橋區八德、永安、福德、公兒二公園、民族綠地等5處公園清掃，透過工作適應社會；但今年起，孩子們不堪全年無休清掃，且無力負擔100多萬元的人事費用，因此宣告放棄，不再承接新北市府勞務合約，她質疑市府的「不平等條約」，壓迫「慢飛天使」的工作權利。板橋區公所表示，新北市智障者家長協會於2021年9月10日來函通知公所，2022年不再承攬公園清潔維護，因此公所自2022年起，將這幾處公園的清潔納入各區清潔採購案辦理，如果該協會仍有意願承攬清潔維護事宜，公所將予以協助。
