Reporter good morning. That recovery operation lasted well into the Early Morning hours. In fact, we were here at 3 15 this morning when that car was pulled from the Potomac River here by the tr bridge. My photographer was able to get that dramatic video as the car was lifted out of the river. This happened in the area of ohio drive next to the bridge not far from the kennedy center. A speeding car plunged into the potomac. One occupant was able to get free from the car, swim to shore. Two others were still to even locate the car last night, and thats when they found the tw
