CLEMSON, S.C. Andrew Swanson shot a final round 73 and finished with an even-par score of 216 for the 54 holes in the Watersound Invitational at Sharks Tooth Golf Club in Panama City, Fla. The Tigers finished ninth in the 11-team field that included six of the top 20 teams in the nation. The Tigers played without top player Kian Rose, who is recovering from a wrist injury. He has a team best 71.13 stroke average this season. Rose is expected back in the lineup at the next tournament, the Pinehurst Invitational, March 6-7. Swanson finished with rounds of 69-74-73 over the three days to finish in 28th place. He finished with a team best 13 birdies and was among the tournament leaders in par three scoring with a 2.92 figure.
