MACON, Ga. Two high school students in Macon have received the $1,000Young Jazz Musician Scholarship. The Jazz Association of Macon, which has been hosting these scholarships for more than 20 years, says this year's winners areRuchardo Belcher, Jr. a senior at Westside High School, andPreston Raburn, a senior at Georgia Military College Prep School in Milledgeville. Belcher plays piano and organ and was recommended by his band director Joseph.
