A 17-year-old Minneapolis boy has been charged via a juvenile petition of second-degree intentional murder for the shooting death of a man outside a gas station in north Minneapolis.
According to the charging document, Albert J. Luca IV is seen on surveillance video outside the Amstar gas station at 1604 W Broadway Ave. on May 6 when he pulls a handgun from his waistband and shoots a man who was standing outside his vehicle pumping gas.
The victim, 19-year-old George F. Zeon, of Plymouth, is seen in the surveillance video collapsing to the ground. He was transported to North Memorial Medical Center, where he died from his injuries. The charging document says he was shot in the head, left pinky and leg.

Authorities have identified the young man who was shot and killed last week at a north Minneapolis gas station.
George F. Zeon, 19, was shot in the head Thursday at the AmStar gas station on West Broadway between James and Knox avenues, and he died that night at North Memorial Medical Center, according to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner s Office.
Police have announced no arrests in what is one of Minneapolis 26 homicides so far this year.
