~ Order issued even though there was no quorum for a shareholders meeting on Friday.~
PHILIPSBURG: - The Shareholder representative of NV GEBE has issued an order to the Supervisory Board of Directors instructing them to appoint two of the three candidates to the management position within one week pending the screening of both candidates. The shareholder wants the SBOD to appoint George Willem as CFO and Jimmy Temmer as the COO while they will take another 4 weeks to review the reports submitted to the shareholder by the SBOD, Dr. Sharine Daniel, and the advice of the CGC.
SMN News learned that the SBOD of NV GEBE is fully divided as the remaining members that formed a block has been legally advised not to execute the order that was issued by the government. It should be noted that the shareholder is fully aware that the SBOD of GEBE are fully divided and as such, they needed to hear the members that attended the meeting on Friday.
