Four more schools closed due to smoke from fire

The Ministry of Education, Technological and Vocational Training (METVT) advises that as a result of smoke emanating from a large fire in the environs of St. Philip, four schools in St. George are now closed.

They are St. George Secondary, St. George Primary, Ellerton Primary, and Workman s Primary.

Classes at these institutions are expected to resume on Monday, March 20, following assessments ....
