Torrential rain overnight and this morning flooded the Fenn Bell Inn, Hoo, as other parts of Kent were struck by the severe conditions. An aerial video of the flood. However, due to drainage issues in the surrounding area it wasn t possible to remove it. Staff were pumping water out of the zoo this morning. None of the animals were effected by the conditions. ....
