新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫苗BNT部分，持續開放9月1日前滿12歲、12歲以上學生施打。不過有家長抱怨，自己的小孩剛好就在9月2日滿12歲，就差1天，打不到疫苗，希望政府能聽到家長的心聲。台北市議員耿葳也指出，類似狀況的學生不少，住在台北市，年底前滿12歲的學生統計就有6900人，都成了「疫苗孤兒」，建議北市教育局應向中央爭取，提升整體校園防疫力。
