NEW BEDFORD Valentine’s Day is all about the romance, but a romantic dinner date during a pandemic is obviously difficult. Rest assured, several SouthCoast restaurants are offering safe indoor and take-out options. “I expect this year people will want to do something,” said Karl Pelletier, owner of Tipsy Toboggan in Fall River. “It might be that one special day they do go out to eat,” he added. Tipsy Toboggan is teaming up with Rustic Rose Floral Design and Dunny s Fall River to offer a romantic outdoor experience in their garden area. It will feature Rustic Roses’ floral designs and flower carts with bouquets and small arrangements. Dunny s will contribute desserts for pickup, to-go or to enjoy there after lunch or dinner.
