Gemma Charnock appointed Vice Principal: External Relations NPTC Group of Colleges is strengthening its community links and has appointed former commercial lawyer Gemma Charnock to lead the way. Gemma takes on the new position of Vice Principal: External Relations after previously holding the position of Assistant Principal: Governance at the College and Company Secretary to all of the Group’s subsidiary companies.
