Since the Government of Indonesia launched its nationwide COVID‑19 vaccination programme on 13 January 2021, more than 1.4 million health workers have been vaccinated as of 28 February 2021.
WHO and UNICEF are continuing to support the Ministry of Health with technical assistance on all aspects of COVID‑19 vaccination to ensure a safe and smooth rollout of the vaccination programme. A vaccine introduction road map and technical guidelines have been disseminated and COVID‑19 vaccine safety surveillance continues to be strengthened to monitor and respond to any potential adverse events. ....
