Nicola Sturgeon has been accused of presiding over a “casual culture of waste” after a Port Glasgow shipyard nationalised by the SNP racked up £100m of losses in just four months.
The 118-year-old Ferguson Marine yard on the Firth of Clyde was taken into public ownership in December 2019 after collapsing into administration following a failure to build two ferries meant to link Scottish islands to the mainland.
