In an interview on Tuesday, PDEA Pangasinan provincial head Rechie Camacho identified the suspect as Rullie Molano who sold PHP3,400 worth of suspected shabu to a PDEA agent in the operation conducted on Jan. 29. In a speech during the inauguration on Monday, municipal local government operations officer Catherine Velasquez said the facility aims to reintegrate the drug reformists into the community. MANILA - The Department of Energy (DOE) said power restoration efforts are ongoing in the northern part of Luzon that was affected by the 7.3 magnitude earthquake Wednesday morning. In a statement, DOE Secretary Raphael Lotilla said the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) is implementing restoration works for the Bacnotan-Bulala 69-kilovolt (kV) line in La Union. The damaged transmission line has brought power interruption in the franchise area of La Union Electric Cooperative (LUELCO). Power interruption was also reported in parts of Abra, Benguet, Pangasinan and Tarlac, but affected lines were restored immediately. Parts of Tinglayan, Kalinga, and Cervantes and Quirino, Ilocos Sur also experienced power interruption.
