about the search. amy s cousin lloyd was recently indicted in the disappearance of the liven sisters. his father has been the focus of the investigation. the more people have interviewed lloyd welch the more interesting a personality his uncle richard has become. during question lloyd told investigators that richard and other family members were involved in the disappearance murder and subsequent cover-up decades ago of the little girls. police say lloyd even told them that he saw richard sexually exploit the lyon sisters at his residence after they were kidnapped from wheaton plaza. police believe the girls were abducted, raped and murdered. it s unclear what police found here at the home of richard welch s daughter amy. it s unclear what they may have seized but what is clear is that investigators are really beginning to apply pressure not only to lloyd the initial suspect but to the the entire family. lloyd welch a twice convicted child sex offender is in prison in delaw
