Cal Fire says the Corral Fire near Tracy burned about 14,116 acres as of Sunday afternoon. It started at a Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory site.
The fire broke out Wednesday afternoon along Stanford Avenue, near Union Pacific railroad tracks. It's the second large and destructive fire in the area in 4 years.
According to the Stockton Police Department, the two teenagers were hit by a car that drove away from the scene around 10 p.m. Friday on 99 Frontage Road.
