福建福州市民卓某明知其从国外所购“减肥药”中含有国家管制麻醉药品和精神药品成分，仍夸大其效果，在其微信朋友圈销售的同时，发展下线许某进行了近一年的分销。最近，犯罪嫌疑人卓某、许某因涉嫌走私毒品被福州市公安局台江分局依法刑事拘留。
办案期间，民警在犯罪嫌疑人卓某的住处扣押到其通过网络从国外购买的“减肥药”，这些“减肥药”颜色鲜艳，与普通药丸、胶囊无异。据犯罪嫌疑人卓某供认，在推销这些“减肥药”时，她会用“海外代购”“网红减肥药”等字眼吸引眼球，抓住爱美人士求快、求效的心理。一年多以来，犯罪嫌疑人卓某利用微信朋友圈、微信群售卖“减肥药”，获利3万余元。
