Jordon Cooper says Tuesday is like a dream come true.He and three other furloughed Orlando hotel employees were presented with full-ride scholarships to pursue an associate s degree at Valencia College.It s the American Hotel & Lodging Foundation s Empowering Youth Program scholarship.
