Nestled on top of a hill off Minnehaha Avenue and Milton Street in St. Paul, Frogtown Farm grew and distributed some 7,000 pounds of food last year, most of it landing on the plates of low-income St. Paul residents through partnerships with charities such as Feeding Frogtown and the Sanneh Foundation. In the time of the coronavirus pandemic, the shape of the 10th annual remembrance for domestic violence victims in Minnesota took a different form. And the challenges of the pandemic were also top of mind as people talked about those who were killed and the support systems needed going forward.
