UPDATED: A woman was shot and killed on a street in Oslo’s fashionable neighbourhood of Frogner Wednesday morning. Police had a male suspect in custody within a half-hour, after he’d been pulled over while driving out of town on the E18 highway.
A man working on a nearby construction site told newspaper
VG that he heard a shot, then five more. “They (the shots) came quickly,” he said, adding that he then heard a car door close. He said the first police cars were at the scene on the otherwise quiet street, ....
