Circuit Court records show that Margaret Ann Klemm (pictured at right) has waived her scheduled July 2 arraignment on misdemeanor counts stemming from her June 2 arrest at The Villages, a large 55-and-older community in central Florida.
According to a police report, Klemm and David Bobilya, 49, were having sex “on the stage in the middle of ‘the square’” around 10:30 PM. Responding to a 911 call about “two people having sexual intercourse in public,” cops found Klemm and Bobilya, who both appeared intoxicated, inside a gazebo.
Klemm and Bobilya got dressed after being confronted by a Sumter County Sheriff’s Office deputy. They were each arrested and briefly booked into the county jail. Bobilya, seen below, is still ....
