Clerks Presiding Over Haiti Assassination Investigation Receiving Death Threats On 7/13/21 at 10:42 PM EDT The National Association of Haitian Clerks told French Newspaper, Le Nouvelliste, that two clerks, Marcelin Valentin and Waky Philostène, of Pétion-Ville peace court, were receiving serious death threats. Call on the Minister of Justice and Public Security, Mr. Rockefeller Vincent, in his capacity as supervisory authority, to pass the necessary instructions in order to guarantee the security of these aforementioned clerks, so that they can carry out their task in peace, said Martin Ainé, president of The National Association of Haitian Clerks.
