The family-owned restaurant came around when a St. Lawrence College student noticed a demand for Indian cuisine, and knew just how to supply it.
“My dad is an amazing chef and so is my mother… They’ve worked in kitchens for almost 35 years,” said Gurpriya Kaur, who studied health sciences.
Her father, Paramjit Singh, and mother Baljit Kaur are experienced chefs and business owners, owning a restaurant in Brampton and four in India. ....
