SAN DIEGO San Diego police on Tuesday announced an arrest the fifth in the killing of a man who, according to prosecutors, was strangled at an illegal gambling den run out of a Paradise Hills home. Leaoaisemativa Luana Sandoval, 27, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of murder and booked into the women’s Las Colinas Detention Facility, where she was held in lieu of $1 million bail, according to police and online jail records. Court records list Sandoval’s first name as Leaoaisemati. Her arrest marks the fifth in the June 5 slaying of Sean Nixon, according to the complaint in the case. ....
