According to the joint powers agreement, the task force provides training to local authorities that’s aimed to help them properly investigate and prosecute those who sexually exploit children through the internet.
The wetlands and silt ponds aiming to reduce the phosphorus and sediment flowing into Lake Mitchell will cover roughly 37 acres of land along Firesteel Creek.
“By changing it to urban development, which is what it is abutting to, we will have some regulations on this property,” said City Planner Mark Jenniges.
