HUNTINGTON — It took several years, but Cornerstone Community Development Corp., along with Christ Temple Church and more than 20 other partners, officially broke ground on the Prichard Hotel renovation
Cornerstone Community Development Corp., its development partner Winterwood Inc. of Lexington, Kentucky, along with CVS Health, Marshall University, Marshall Health Network, the City of Huntington and other local, state and federal stakeholders will break ground for Prichard Hotel’s $50.8 million conversion into a 108-unit affordable housing and health center for low-income seniors.
