Dr. Fred Lowery, Vice-Chair and District 5 Representative, made the proclamations after the 55-item consent agenda was approved. While Denys alluded to her recent loss in the County Chair race last month, saying that people don t know what a family goes through during a political campaign, she said better days are ahead.
