Troopers: Five face felony drug count after Halfmoon stop; Driver also charged with DWI | The Daily Gazette SECTIONS The driver was also found to be intoxicated, troopers said. The stop happened just after 11 p.m. for a traffic violation on Guideboard Road in Halfmoon. Troopers smelled alcohol when talking to the driver and observed signs of impairment, state police said. The driver, identified as Matthew J. Crisafulli, 22, of Halfmoon, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, troopers said. A breath sample determined his blood alcohol content to be 0.15 percent, above the legal limit of 0.08, police said. A search of the car uncovered approximately 2.9 grams of cocaine secreted in a rear storage compartment of the driver’s seat, troopers said. ....
