The City of Quinte West’s newest outdoor public art exhibit, ‘Quinte West Mosaic’, is now on display as part of the City’s Art on the Trent public art program.
Due to the inclement weather, Quinte West Fest, also known as Frankford Riverfest, was postponed but there was still fun to be had on the Victoria Day long weekend along the Trent River.
