Catalog of the Capital Needs of the city, a good plan in terms of how to finance it, when to send bonds out. It is a big improvement over the way we used to do it, which was a little less methodical. So im a huge support of the capital plan and Capital Planning committee and its step. With that said, there are going to be times we have disagreements and ultimately we at the board of supervisors or the mayor, elected policy makers for this city, so, it is natural and appropriate for us to have these kinds of discussions which may at times mean that we have some disagreements.
