Ian Botham accuses BBC of institutional bullying after targeting OAPs over TV licence

“In my view, this is institutional bullying on a massive scale. I’m no politician but this feels like a real scandal affecting the very frail that needs sorting out.”
Since the 20-year-old concession was scrapped last year frightened pensioners have received no-nonsense payment demands leaving them petrified.
