POLICE
Resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer: Omar Barrera, 27, 700 block of W. Fourth St. Also, battery upon a peace officer.
Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle: Francisco Nicolas Acuna, 37, Hobbs, NM. Also, aggravated fleeing from an officer and driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license (arrest clause).
Battery: Alyxis Rose Gonzalez, 30, Hurley, NM. Battery against a household member.
Identity theft: Male, 49, Deming, NM, advised that someone collected unemployment benefits using his personal information.
Shooting at a dwelling or occupied building: 300 block of W. Spruce St.
Criminal damage to property: 1200 block of S. Tennyson Drive. A door jam and light fixture, valued at $225, were damaged.
