Back in 2017, a gunman killed an officer as she sat in her patrol car, also in the bronx. In 2014, two years were shot dead in their police car in brooklyn. In this case the commissioner is certain what the motive was. Let me be very clear. This was an assassination attempt of two new York City Police officers. Reporter mayor bill de blasio adding on to that that too much hatred being directed at Police Officers.
