The home draw against Bloemfontein Celtic in their last outing was the KwaZulu-Natal outfit s 600th league game played since their first against Santos back on August 9, 2000. That game against Santos finished 1-1 with Siyabonga Khanyile scoring the first ever league goal for Abafana Bes’thende, who had already played a two-legged Rothmans Cup preliminary round tie against African Wanderers. In reaching this milestone, Arrows now join Mamelodi Sundowns, Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, SuperSport United, the now defunct Bidvest Wits, Bloemfontein Celtic, and Moroka Swallows in surpassing 600 league games since the start of the PSL in 1996. ....
