Of those subways that this suspect could have escaped on and never seen him again. there wasn t a lot of hope that we would have an apprehension so quickly in this case. kudos to the nypd and the crimestoppers, people on the ground, citizens that you played earliter sound bites of those that tipped off cops to find this guy and bring him to justice. it s just great. again, we need a surge of law enforcement in terms of undercover police officers, uniform police officers, cameras that work in our subways in new york city because crime has skyrocketed down there. a lot of folks in new york city have no choice but to take the subway. they don t have a car. the bus is not an option. they have to ride on these cars. so mayor adams is trying. let s see him do better. right now a great victory for nypd. martha: we heard from folks that work here today. the subways were packed because for one reason, the people were trying to get ubers and uber ....
