ANGGOTA Komisi Pertahanan dan Intelijen DPR RI Periode 2004-2009 Paskalis Kossay mengapresiasi kerja keras Pansus Otsus Papua dan seluruh fraksi sehingga Rancangan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2001 tentang Otonomi Khsusus (Otsus) Bagi Provinsi Papua disahkan dalam Rapat Paripurna DPR RI Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis (15/7).
