A lot of people that were able to make it in to the city or to hoboken for work this morning are now wondering how theyll get home. We have roads submerged in water here in hoboken. If i step out in the street, the water gets deeper. Weve been here all day. The water has not receded much at all. Its one of those days that you cant get around hoboken by car.
