Immediately after the shots were fired, mensah remotely activated the camera in his squad, which retroactively records 20 seconds prior to hitting the button. i have no idea if anyones in the park. Its just me and him right now. bl are body cameras something that tosa pd is considering . bw were in the testing phase of body cameras. weber says mensah received mandatory bw the officer involved in this incident will be returned to full duty. mensah was also involved in a shooting death that occurred in july of 2015. Weber says mensah was approached by a man with a sword. An autopsy found anderson was intoxicated and had marijuana in his system. Andersons dna was also found on the gun.
