Not spin down foundations. Because if you look at what motivates a spin down Foundation People to give money to things its really an attempt to replicate in the Nonprofit Sector, the civic sector, what the achievement that they had in the for profit sector. So they are really looking for a big bang. The problem is you dont get a big bang fast.
