Tonika is the Director General of the Fondation de Luxembourg, an organisation that promotes private philanthropy commitment and about which she will tell us more in a minute. Tonika began her career as a diplomat at the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs before moving into financial services where she served, among others, as the CEO of ABN AMRO Bank, Luxembourg.
