6-2, 4-6, 6-4. this was the perfect day, i think. singles and doubles. and the singles was a really tough match. i m happy i managed to come back in the third set because, you know, was tough after the second set. but yeah, i m really happy with my performance and i m also happy for the doubles, of corse. i was just trying to find my game, which was always like i would step back and i was trying to fight through. but in the end, yeah, as you say, it s not the greatest day in the office. and i was close, but she won. and in the end, i mjust. yeah, i need to focus now on the grass season. perhaps even more of a shock second seed aryna sabalenka has gone out to 17 year old russian mira andreeva. the first set went to a tie break which the experienced belarusian sabalenka eventually took seven six. eventually took 7 6. but then she lost the second and the third set to the teenager who is now through to her first grand slam semifinal. she is the youngest woman to do so sin ....

So it s really so much fun and i m really having a good time. when you were growing up and you were taking up pool, how was that received by the male players? so honestly, as a kid, nobody wanted me to be in the team because i was a girl. so my parentsjust keep me motivated to just don t care what anybody says because they say, you know, you ve got some talent, you can reach whatever you want, just fight foryour dream. it seems to be that the men always have the edge and no matter what kind of sport it is. so i really want to change it because it annoys me and ijust want to, you know, show everybody that women can do the same thing. tell me a little bit about the tournament being out in saudi arabia. has that elevated the sport? is the prize money helping? i think so far it s the best thing that ever happened to our sport because it s the biggest prize fund we ve ever had in the world pool. ....
