A federal judge on Thursday denied a motion to dismiss the 11 count indictment against Cecily Aguilar. Aguilar's defense attempted to argue that the case was, "so unique and different from any other case."
A federal court judge in Waco has set a hearing date for the motion to dismiss the indictment of Cecily Aguilar. Aguilar is indicted on 11 counts for her involvement in Fort Hood Army Specialist Vanessa Guillen's death. The hearing will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 16.
