What have you learned . Reporter there are 4 city blocked crime taped in. It was very busy this time of night. There was a burst of bullets then another round. A man opened fire and drove away. He hit 7 people, confirmed by police. They were mostly hit in the leg. They were all taken to San Francisco general. All are expected to survive. It sure did cause quite a commotion. Pop pop pop pop. I saw the shooter shoot the bunch of people. They were running and scattering. I saw people falling. Reporter there were several witnesses in the area. They got a look at him and the car. COVID-19 pandemic delays Fort Bragg shopping center construction

The coronavirus pandemic has delayed a future shopping center project at Fort Bragg, officials said.
The 83,000-square-foot Fort Bragg Freedom Crossing Entertainment Center was expected to break ground earlier this year, a spokesman for the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, previously told The Fayetteville Observer.
“As commercial development has slowed as a result of the pandemic, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service has had to pause large projects for the short-term,” said Chris Ward, a spokesman for the Army & Air Force Exchange, this month, referring to the pandemic s economic impact.
The complex, which will be known as the Freedom Crossing at Fort Bragg Center, was approved by the Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s board of directors in November 2014. ....
