WESTFORD A former Westford man is facing federal child pornography charges, and has been ousted from a white supremacist group.
The Associated Press reports that Andrew Hazelton, 28, now of Portland, Maine, is being held in a New Hampshire jail on a federal charge of allegedly possessing child pornography.
 The Nationalist Social Club, a white nationalist extremist organization, named and expelled Hazelton in a social media post, vowing more thorough background checks, the Portland Press Herald reported.

At a virtual hearing on May 5, Assistant U.S. Attorney Craig Wolff submitted an image of a flyer posted in Hazelton s neighborhood, reading “Get to know your local Nazis!” with several allegations against Hazelton  including membership in the group. ....
