UPPER DUBLIN — For Peter Liu, a junior at Upper Dublin High School, a trip to the dentist during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic gave an idea for a business venture.
“There was something really off-putting about sitting in a dental seat with my mouth open while a bunch of dentists worked on me,” Liu said. “I was a bit concerned about the overall health and safety of the entire situation.”
Liu said he initially did some research last spring, and consulted with a local dentist about the dilemma.

“I looked into the current solutions that are on the market, and I realized that there’s not really a cheap and effective solution for dentists and dental offices right now,” he said. ....
